Esent Unrefined, Cold Pressed Macadamia Oil - 100 ml

Esent Macadamia Oil is a single-ingredient, cold-pressed oil from macadamia nuts, unrefined and free from additives. It absorbs faster than most plant oils, making it just as suitable for the skin and for hair ends. Free from fragrance, preservatives and colourants.

About the product

Macadamia nut oil is pale yellow, lightweight and absorbs exceptionally fast - thanks to its high oleic acid content, the same fatty acid that dominates in olive oil. Skin takes it in without a greasy film, and hair doesn't feel weighed down.

This oil is cold-pressed and unrefined, so it keeps the natural accompanying substances that refining would strip away. The bottle contains nothing but the oil itself - no preservative, fragrance or colourant.

Intended use

Suited to dry, sensitive and flaking skin, as well as mature skin that needs nourishment without heaviness. On hair, it works best on dry, dull ends. It can also be blended into creams, lotions and conditioners, or used as a massage oil base.

How to use

1. On skin: apply a few drops to damp skin after bathing and massage in.
2. On hair: work a small amount into the ends only, on dry hair or before washing.
3. As an additive: mix a few drops into a portion of cream or conditioner.
