Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime. This product is vegan and free from artificial flavours, colours, preservatives, added sugar and dairy.

Ingredients

Passionflower extract (Passifloraceae Passiflora incarnata L.), hop cone extract (Cannabaceae Humulus lupulus L.), pullulan (capsule shell), melatonin.

Suggested use

Take 1 capsule daily, close to bedtime.
