Suggested use:

Once a day, 15 minutes before a meal.

Shake the container vigorously before EACH use, and after unscrewing the cap, stir the contents with the measuring spoon provided.

Pour the contents of 2 scoops (9 g) into 300 ml of water, mix thoroughly and drink immediately before the drink thickens. If necessary, drink additional water.

If it thickens, you can consume it with a teaspoon and drink additional water.

We recommend taking it in the evening before dinner, but not immediately before bedtime.
