Suggested use:

Dissolve a single serving of the product 40 g (3.5 scoop) in 300 ml of water. Take one serving a day 30 minutes before bedtime. Beneficial effect is obtained with the consumption of 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed or 0.5 mg shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for several days after arriving at the destination. Please use the measuring cup included in the package.
