Suggested use:
Initially, consume 1 tablespoon (14 g) daily with a meal for the first 2 days; thereafter, the optimal daily dose is up to 3 tablespoons. Consuming doses exceeding the equivalent of 100 g at one time without prior adaptation may cause gastrointestinal problems.
