Each lozenge provides 80 mg of Iceland moss extract (Cetraria islandica) and 12 mg of vitamin C. The recommended daily dose of 6 lozenges provides a total of 480 mg of Iceland moss extract and 72 mg of vitamin C (90% RDA). Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and to normal energy metabolism. The product contains no added sugar.
