Suggested use:

Recommended daily serving: 35 g (2 scoops - pack contains a measuring cup).
Dissolve 2 scoops in 150 ml of water and mix thoroughly in a shaker for at least 10 seconds. Consume immediately after preparation.
Take once a day, at any time - e.g. in the morning, after training or between meals.
