Heartleaf (Houttuynia cordata) is a first-choice ingredient in Korean skincare for reactive skin. Anua builds this mask directly around it: the extract makes up 70% of the formula and tops the ingredient list.

The mask is hydrogel and split into two pieces, upper and lower, so it follows the contours of the face more closely than a single sheet. As it absorbs, it gradually turns transparent. Menthoxypropanediol and menthyl lactate give a noticeable cooling effect on application.
