ANUA Rice 70 Glow Milky Toner is a light, milky toner containing 71% rice water. The formula, enriched with niacinamide and ceramide complex, intensely hydrates and brightens the skin while supporting the skin's protective barrier.

The tonic harnesses the traditional power of rice, which has been used in Asian skincare for centuries. The richness of vitamin B, amino acids and minerals in rice water intensely nourishes and regenerates the skin, giving it a natural glow.

The advanced formula combines three types of ceramides and hyaluronic acid, which together build and strengthen the skin's hydrolipid barrier. The addition of niacinamide and arbutin helps even out skin tone and brighten discolouration.
