BeKeto Keto Meal in Belgian chocolate flavour is a powdered meal designed for those on a ketogenic and low-carbohydrate diet. Each 70 g serving provides 389 kcal, 26 g of protein from pea and rice concentrates, 27 g of fat (including MCT oil from coconut) and 8.2 g of carbohydrates (of which only 2.3 g are sugars). The formula contains 24 vitamins and minerals (each ≥ 15% RDA) and PostBione® — inactive yeast biomass from Yarrowia lipolytica. The chocolate flavour comes from natural flavouring and is sweetened with sucralose.

Protein (27% of energy) contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass and healthy bones. Thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, biotin, folic acid and vitamin B12 contribute to normal energy metabolism. Vitamins B6, B12, folic acid and magnesium help reduce feelings of tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamin D, calcium and phosphorus contribute to the maintenance of healthy bones, whilst vitamin C contributes to normal collagen production to ensure the normal function of bones, cartilage and skin.
