About the product

A bucket is the basic tool in a wet sauna - it is what you use to scoop water onto the stones. Seven litres is a generous capacity: large enough that a typical session does not need a refill, yet the full bucket still carries comfortably.

The aluminium is powder-coated, so the surface resists scratches and does not discolour from moisture. The birch wood handle is more than a finishing touch - wood heats up far more slowly than metal, so the bucket can be picked up safely even when it stands close to the stove.

Intended use

For wet and steam saunas - as a container for the water poured onto the stones, also with a fragrance emulsion added. Suits home cabins as well as venues where the bucket is used every day.

How to use

1. Fill the bucket with lukewarm water, optionally adding a fragrance emulsion in the proportion given on its label.
2. Scoop water with the ladle and pour it onto the stones - never tip the whole bucket at once.
3. After the session, empty the bucket and leave it to dry outside the cabin.

Care

Empty and wipe dry after every use. Do not leave water standing in the bucket, as it can leave marks in a humid cabin. Wipe the birch handle with linseed oil from time to time.
