Bilovit Bamboo Sauna Vittles are traditional bamboo whisks for the classic body-tapping ritual in the sauna. Unlike birch whisks, they need no soaking or steaming - they're ready to use straight out of the pack and made for repeated use.

About the product

Tapping the body with a whisk is part of the traditional sauna ritual. Bamboo rods behave differently from soft birch whisks: they're springy and firm, so the tap feels more distinct, and you control its strength with a simple flick of the wrist - from a light touch to a firmer tap.

The biggest practical difference is no preparation needed. Birch whisks have to be soaked or steamed before every use and wear out after a few sessions; bamboo whisks come straight out of the pack ready to use, then simply air-dry afterwards. The varying rod diameter means a single bundle gives different sensations depending on which part you use. Made in Poland.

How to use

1. Enter the heated cabin and let your body warm up before using the whisk.
2. Tap the body rhythmically and gently, starting at the legs and working upward.
3. Avoid the face, neck, spine and any areas with damaged skin.
4. After the session, take the whisk out of the cabin and let it dry.

Care

After use, dry the whisk in a well-ventilated spot, avoiding prolonged contact with moisture. If needed, wipe it with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Store away from moisture and direct sunlight.
