The raw material is produced using CFM microfiltration technology, which reduces lactose content without enzymatic processing. Suggested use

Mix 1 serving (28 g = 2 heaped scoops) of powder in 250 ml of water in a shaker. On training days, take 1 serving within 45 minutes after training and 1 serving between meals. On rest days, take 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening. Suggested daily serving: 2 servings (56 g).
