L-glutamine 26%, L-leucine powder (L-leucine, emulsifier: lecithins, maltodextrin) 11%, L-lysine hydrochloride 11%, food acid (citric acid), flavourings, L-valine 7.4%, L-phenylalanine 7.1%, L-isoleucine 5.7%, L-threonine 4.3%, L-histidine hydrochloride 3.5%, L-methionine 2.9%, L-tryptophan 1.1%, sweetener (sucralose). Manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, eggs, soya, peanuts, nuts, celery, fish, crustaceans and sulphur dioxide.

Intended use

For physically active individuals engaged in strength or endurance sports who wish to supplement their diet with a complete set of essential amino acids in a convenient drink format.

Suggested use

Mix 1 serving (14 g = approx. 2 heaped scoops = approx. 1 heaped tablespoon) in 400 ml of water using a shaker. On training days, take 1 serving 15 minutes before exercise; on non-training days, take 1 serving between meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
