Suggested use:

Mix 1 serving of (30 g = 1 heaped scoop = 3 tablespoons of) powder with 300 ml of water and drink twice a day. Use a shaker to prepare the shake. Drink one serving within 45 minutes after training and another serving between two meals. On rest days, drink 1 serving in the morning and 1 in the evening.
