The most exotic item in the range. Persimmon puree (84%) gives a honeyed, velvety sweetness without astringency, while guava (16%) adds a floral aroma and gentle acidity.

Both fruits are rarely found fresh outside their growing regions - they are hard to source ripe and spoil quickly. In pouch form they are available all year round, with no added sugar and no preservatives.
