Suggested use:

Adults: mix the powder (2 scoops: 11 g) in 200 ml of water, smoothie, juice or other favourite beverage. Wait until the powder has completely melted and then drink immediately. We advise against adding collagen to hot drinks (e.g. Tea), as the high temperature has a negative effect on the very structure of the dietary supplement.
