Mediheal Madecassoside Blemish Repair Serum is a lightweight serum in the form of a soothing gel containing a complete Centella Asiatica complex (madecassoside, asiaticoside, asiatic acid and madecassic acid), niacinamide and Ceramide NP, which soothes inflammation, reduces redness and restores the skin barrier. Recommended for irritated, reddened and problematic skin.

Centella Complex for redness and inflammation

Blemish Repair Serum combines the full spectrum of active ingredients from Centella asiatica – not only the whole-plant extract, but also isolated active compounds: madecassoside, asiaticoside, asiatic acid and madecassic acid. This formula works more broadly and precisely than a serum containing extract alone, minimising inflammation and accelerating the regeneration of skin cells. Panthenol complements the action of Centella, soothing stinging and tightness and stimulating cell renewal.

Niacinamide and Ceramide NP form the second pillar of the formula – together they seal and strengthen the skin barrier, reducing transepidermal water loss and protecting the skin from external factors. The light gel texture absorbs quickly, leaving no sticky residue.

Directions for use:

Apply an appropriate amount of serum to cleansed and toned facial skin. Gently pat in with your fingertips until absorbed. Continue with the rest of your skincare routine. Perform a patch test before first use.
