Naturalne Aromaty Essential Oil Bergamot - 10 ml

Natural bergamot essential oil improves mood, reduces blood pressure, shortens sleep time and increases sleep duration. It has recognized antibacterial, antifungal and antiparasitic effects of microorganisms. Bergamot facilitates digestion, relieves nausea, and has a protective effect on the liver. What's more, bergamot oil has a windmilling effect, facilitating the expulsion of intestinal gas.

Directions for use:

• Massage: For massage, mix 3-5 drops with one tablespoon of carrier oil such as grape seed, olive oil, etc.
• Bathing: For bathing, 10-15 drops per tub of lukewarm water, administer in a stream of infused water.
• Falling asleep: Sprinkle a corner of your pillow with essential oil to help you fall asleep.
• Laundry: Add your favorite aroma to laundry detergent or sprinkle on washed clothes.
• Washing: Pour a few drops of any fragrance oil into a bucket of water to mop the floor.
