Suggested use:

Use 4 pumps as needed (2 ml). Hold in the mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing. Maximum dose is 8 pumps. Can be mixed with water. Best taken on an empty stomach at least 10 minutes before a meal. Use within 60 days of opening.
