About the product

Sadvit is a family-run juicery from Magierowa Wola near Warka, Poland, that presses juice exclusively from fruit and vegetables, without water, sugar or flavor enhancers.

The bottle holds nothing but lemons, no water, sugar or concentrate. The juice is cold-pressed using the NFC method, with pasteurization as the only additional step.

The taste is pure, sharp sourness, without the bitterness of the peel that's easy to squeeze in along with the juice at home. The 250 ml bottle replaces a good bag of fruit and won't dry out in the fridge after two days like a cut lemon. About 1.7 kg of lemons go into a liter of juice, so a 250 ml bottle holds over 400 g of fruit.

Purpose

For cooking and baking, wherever a recipe calls for lemon juice. Also useful for anyone who drinks lemon water and doesn't want to cut a fruit every time.

How to use

1. Shake the bottle before pouring.
2. Add 10-20 ml to a glass of water.
3. Measure by the spoonful in the kitchen instead of squeezing - one lemon yields about 40 ml of juice.
4. Sprinkle over fish, salad or cut fruit to keep it from browning.

Storage

Store in a dry, shaded place at 2 to 21°C. Once opened, keep the bottle in the fridge and use the juice within 48 hours - without preservatives it won't keep longer.
