About the product

Sadvit is a family-run cold press mill from Magierowa Wola near Warka, Poland, making juices only from fruit and vegetables, without water, sugar or flavor enhancers.

The fruit comes from Spanish and Brazilian citrus orchards. The juice is pressed only from the flesh, without breaking into the peel, which is why it lacks the bitterness anyone who has squeezed a whole lime knows well.

The juice is cold-pressed using the NFC method and only pasteurized afterwards. Each batch has its own character, depending on the ripeness and variety of the fruit.

Sugars are just 1.7 g per 100 ml and come only from the fruit itself, making the lime one of the lightest juices in the range.

The tap-equipped carton bag holds 1.5 liters, or six 250 ml servings. The tap keeps air out, so an opened juice stays fresh for 21 days instead of two.

Intended use

For drinks, cocktails and lemonade, but also in the kitchen, wherever a recipe calls for lime juice. The 1.5-liter tap pack is more convenient than squeezing fresh fruit every time.

How to use

1. Pour straight from the tap without opening the bag.
2. Measure a spoonful or two into a drink or a sauce.
3. Mix with water and ice for a homemade lemonade.
4. Drizzle over fish, seafood or salad instead of fresh lime.

Storage

Store in a dry, shaded place at 2 to 20°C. Once opened, the juice stays fresh for 21 days as long as the tap remains submerged in juice and no air enters the bag. If air does get in, use the juice within 24 hours.
