Sadvit Vital Pomegranate 100% is a cold-pressed pomegranate juice with no added sugar. The taste is dense, tart-sweet, with that signature astringent edge. Naturally cloudy, made without concentrate or artificial flavourings.

About the product

Sadvit is a family-run juice press from Magierowa Wola near Warka, making juices only from fruit and vegetables, without water, sugar or flavour enhancers.

The pomegranates come from warm, southern orchards, and the juice is made directly from them using the NFC method, without concentrating and diluting with water afterwards. Pressing happens cold, followed only by pasteurisation.

The taste is tart-sweet and dense, with a distinct astringent finish. The ruby colour comes from the fruit alone, there is no added colouring in the bottle. About 1.7 kg of fruit goes into a litre of juice, so a 250 ml bottle holds more than 400 g of pomegranates.

How to use

1. Shake the bottle before pouring.
2. Drink chilled, on its own or with sparkling water.
3. Reduce in a pan with a little honey to make a sauce for duck or lamb.

Storage

Store in a dry, shaded place at a temperature between 2 and 20°C. After opening, keep the bottle in the fridge and use the juice within 48 hours, it contains no preservatives so it will not keep longer.
