Vitaler's Beta Carotene drops deliver 3.8 mg of beta-carotene per serving, suspended in cold-pressed flaxseed oil. Beta-carotene is a plant pigment the body converts into vitamin A: five drops provide 800 µg of vitamin A. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, normal vision and the normal function of the immune system. The formula has just two ingredients, and one bottle covers 180 days of use.

About the product

Beta-carotene, also written as β-carotene, belongs to the carotenoids, the yellow, orange and red pigments found in fruit and vegetables. As a provitamin A it is fat-soluble, hence the carrier in the form of flaxseed oil. Vitamin A also contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes and to normal iron metabolism.
