Ziółko Lavender is a dried blend of lavender flowers (Lavandula), an aromatic shrub from the Lamiaceae family with distinctive purple flowers. It originates from the Mediterranean region, and its intense, floral scent is instantly recognisable.

Lavender is often underrated in the kitchen, yet it is one of the ingredients in the famous Provençal herbs. The dried flowers have a floral aroma with a delicate lemony note – they pair perfectly with rosemary and thyme in roasts, add character to desserts, baked goods and lemonades, and also make an excellent aromatic infusion.

Intended use

Directions for use

Pour 200 ml of hot water over 1–2 teaspoons of lavender flowers, cover and leave to infuse for 5–10 minutes, then strain. The flowers can also be added to dishes and baked goods.

Store in a dry, cool place in a tightly sealed container – protect from light, moisture and foreign odours.
