Produced using cross-flow microfiltration (CFM), which reduces lactose content without enzymatic processing. Each 25 g serving in cookies & cream flavour with chocolate chips delivers 21 g of protein, enriched with BCAA amino acids (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine) and L-glutamine. Lactose content is reduced by at least 64%; the product is free from added sugar and gluten.

Directions
